Secretary-General of the Liberation Movement of Congo (MLC), Eve Bazaïba was robbed of her handbag 0on Monday, May 13 in Kisangani, while accompanying Martin Fayulu at the Lamuka’s last meeting.
Sources reveal that this bag contained several valuables and a whopping $ 10,000. Lost property includes her credit card and passport. Yet, we learn, she was supposed to go to Europe, Wednesday, May 15, for medical care, and possibly prepare for the return to Kinshasa Jean-Pierre Bemba.
The MLC's SG left her purse in the vehicle while she was on the podium where the meeting was being held. Suspects are auditioned by the police for the moment.
