During this morning of reflection, the participants were equipped with tools on women's entrepreneurship, the challenges related to women's rights/context and progress, the political participation of women, as well as the role of the media in the evolution of the gender agenda in the DRC.
These four panels, marked by exchanges and reflections, resulted in a declaration addressed to the government, civil society organizations, women and young girls, as well as the technical and financial partners of the DRC.
Furthermore, it is appropriate to note that this year's celebration of the international day dedicated to women's rights was held under the international theme: "Investing in Women: Accelerating Progress," and echoed at the national level as: "Increasing the necessary resources for women and girls in peace for a gender-balanced Congo."
