The Prime Minister, Judith Suminwa, and the Secretary General of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS/Tshisekedi) and informant of the President of the Republic for the identification of the majority in parliament, Augustin Kabuya, addressed the issue of government formation during a one-hour meeting at the Fleuve Congo Hotel on Wednesday.

No statements were made after this meeting. However, sources close to the ruling party confirm the thesis of discussions surrounding the formation of the government.

This meeting is the second between the two figures since Ms. Suminwa's appointment as Prime Minister. On Tuesday, April 2, they met at the headquarters of the UDPS in the commune of Limete.

Surrounded by a few women from the party, Judith Tuluka Suminwa went to thank the UDPS' SG.

For his part, Augustin Kabuya took advantage of this meeting to give some directions and provide advice to the new head of the Congolese Executive, it was learned.
