In this judgment, against which the ACP decided to appeal, the TGI / Gombe ordered the cancellation of the certificate of registration obtained in good and due form by the ACP. The same judgment orders the surrender of a portion of the ACP concession to an individual claiming to own the right of ownership.

It is recalled that more than ten years ago, the concession housing the headquarters of this strategic service of the State had already been coveted by a spoliator of Lebanese origin in complicity with some nationals and expelled since then of the country for obvious reasons.

About three years ago, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic also wrote to the Managing director of the ACP in order to warn of the existence of a network of spoliators which aimed at the concession housing the administrative headquarters of the National News Agency.

Despite the determination of the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, to protect State property and to fight against anti-vamlues, it is clear from the above-mentioned judgment that the spoliators are far from disarming.

Fortunately, the national authorities, up to the highest summit of the state, are already seized and will not fail to react to protect this strategic service of the country whose concession has long been the object of the desires of national and foreign spoliators. This is the place to recall that this concession was purchased by the government of the Republic in 1973 to house the services of the national news agency.
