The first issue pertains to the incidents that occurred during the recent derby against AS V. Club held on Wednesday, January 24. DCMP lost the match by forfeit in favor of AS Vita Club. Daring will also have to pay a fine of 12,500 US dollars due to the behavior of their fanatics who invaded the playing area and prevented the continuation of the match after a penalty was awarded to AS Vita in the 36th minute.

The second correspondence is about the infamous case of player Mira Kalonji, a midfielder for Les Immaculés, following an objection raised by OC Renaissance du Congo. Using the clarification from FECOFA stipulating that the problematic player is not registered in their player roster, LINAFOOT imposes multiple forfeits on DCMP. These include matches against OC Renaissance du Congo, Céleste FC, and Les Aigles du Congo. The latter emerge as the great winners of this saga because they automatically qualify for the play-offs in place of Daring Club Motema Pembe.

The LINAFOOT play-offs will include 8 teams that will compete in a home and away format. The top 4 ranked teams will represent the DRC in the CAF interclub competitions.
