The vibrant civil society based in Kamako is very indignant that this city is deprived of a state examination center.

According to Father Trudon Keshilemba, the distance separating Kamako from Kamonia where there are two centers is long and costly.

"For this special session, the schools along the Kamako axis have presented 170 candidates for these exams. And yet, in Kamonia, there are two state examination centers. One center is rightfully due to the Kamako schools. The distance traveled by the students from Kamako has an impact on the reduction of numbers as it requires a lot of financial means to sit for the exams in Kamonia", declared this Catholic priest.

He then called for the involvement of the authorities. "We are making an appeal to the competent authorities to grant a state examination center to the schools on the Kamako axis," said Mr. Abbé Keshilemba.

The city of Kamako is located at a distance of about 75 kilometers from that of Kamonia, in the Kasaï province, in the center of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
