During this conference, the issue of the necessity for teachers and students to be well-acquainted with the innovations of this new system was thoroughly examined. At the conclusion of these discussions, the Higher Institute of Computer Management for Business recommended that the Government provide teachers with a content module for course outlines to ensure its uniformity across all the universities in the country to observe and benefit from the advantages of the LMD system.

After this conference, the participants, but especially the teachers who took part, committed themselves to improving and also to improving their own methods of assessment. This is particularly true for the head of research, Clément Kayumba, who felt that the organization of these discussions and the topic addressed were more than necessary.

"A very good conference that was very beneficial for all of us simply because after this conference, I think that the teachers and learners will have the same understanding of the assessment method today in the LMD system and we are obliged to change our way of doing things in terms of evaluations," he declared.
