The President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, exchanged for nearly an hour on Monday with the outgoing Prime Minister, Jean Michel Sama Lukonde.

The Presidency of the Republic, which publishes this information, specifies: "This meeting of over an hour comes three days after the Head of State received the final report of the information mission entrusted to the honorable Augustin Kabuya."

That same Monday, the President of the Republic, by means of a decree read in the evening on the airwaves of the Congolese national radio and television (RTNC) appointed a Prime Minister, in the person of Mrs. Judith Suminwa Tuluka. Until her appointment, she was Minister of Planning in the Sama Lukonde government also known as the "Warriors". She also coordinated the development program for 145 territories (PDL - 145 territories). As its name suggests, this program aims to provide all the territories of the DRC with basic social infrastructure such as schools, health centers, micro voltaic power stations, as well as the rehabilitation of agricultural feeder roads.
