The African Confederation of football (CAF) decided, last week, to make play the Africa Cup of the nations of football from 9 to February 6, 2021. The body of continental football pushes climatic reasons to justify this change, whereas last the CAN in Egypt was held in July 2019.
Consequently, the matches of third and fourth days of the eliminating heats of the CAN 2021 initially planned end August are brought back at the end of March. The DRC will thus receive on March 23 at the Martyrs stadium, Palancas Negras of Angola. One week after, the two teams will meet at the stadium of 11 Novembre of Luanda.
These two next years, the African stadiums will be very requested by the national selections. Next 17 February, one will also know the calendar and the final phase of the eliminating heats of the World cup 2022 in Qatar.
