Construction work on the Lemba Imbu drinking water plant started on Monday, July 1st, after the laying of the foundation stone.

The President of the Regideso Board of Directors (PCA), Yoko Yakembe, who was accompanied by his Managing Clement Mubiayi proceeded Monday, July 1, 2019, the first draw that marks the effective start of this work and this in the presence of the Councilor of the Head of State, in the field of mines and hydraulic resources, Michel Eboma.

For the latter, the purpose of their presence in this place is to proceed with the laying of the first stone for the actual start of the work. In addition what is necessary for them is when they will come in the next few days to return the factory to the Régideso. And with hope to come back to this place to see that the promise of the Head of State really came true, he said.

For his part, the Regideso PCA, Mr Yoko Yakembe is eager to see the completion of the plant in question. And to do so, he wished to see the immediate end of the construction of the plant to finish as quickly as possible so that we have drinking water. He then urged especially the population of this country to ensure the protection of heritage that will be erected in their advantage.

It should be noted that this first module with a capacity of 38,000 m3 / day is executed by the South Korean Hyundai firm.
