The Matadi road is cut just before the Badiadingi military camp, after the rain of Thursday, February 21, on the city of Kinshasa. According to witnesses, the rubble stone of a construction site has blocked the gutters. The waters of the rain finally took another direction and cause erosions heads that eventually cut this national road.

"The Matadi road is cut off at the Zappé stop, not far from Badiadingi Camp, the cause, according to local residents, the gutters were blocked and the waters found another direction and cut the road. Water took the direction of Mbala district and created two erosion heads. The road is cut off altogether. There is no longer a passage. There remains a small space.
