Eleven deaths is the new toll from the attack carried out by ADF rebels on Tuesday, March 5th in Vemba-Kinyamusehe, near the city of Beni, in the province of North Kivu, according to Radiookapi.net

In total, six bodies were recovered and transported on Wednesday to Mavivi, and five others were abandoned at the scene of the tragedy in a state of decomposition.

The same source indicates that this attack occurred four days after the residents of Mavivi-Ngite, a locality situated about ten kilometers north of Beni (North Kivu), took to the streets to protest the death of at least three civilians killed the previous day in an attack attributed to the ADF rebels.
