The verdict on the disputes over the results of the provincial legislative elections in Kinshasa is expected from March 14 to 15.

In total, 90 cases are concerned for the constituencies of the Mont-Amba and Tshangu municipalities in a single chamber.

Among the unsuccessful candidates on the provisional list of candidates retained by the CENI, others are demanding a correction for material error.

On the side of the Electoral Centre, two points have been raised: it has relied more on the electoral results rather than on the names, and it asserts that the challengers have seized the court in place of a petition.

Similarly, at the court of appeal in Gombe, where files have been submitted for the Lukunga and Funa constituencies for the same situation.

In the Funa constituency, specifically in the Selembao commune, one of the unsuccessful candidates, David Nsala, has demanded the invalidation of two deputies, Patrick Dikuyi and Mao Ntuene, due to the higher number of votes he claims to have received.
