"We are happy because it is a great day for the Democratic Republic of Congo; we have witnessed such a grand and beautiful inauguration of the president, and we believe that for this second term, he will focus on the social needs of the population," declared madame Ayele Dedèle, a resident of this municipal entity.

"This second term must be different from the first; the president must focus on the problem of electricity and water supply...
Our neighborhood is facing this issue. We have difficulties with access to energy and water.
He must follow up on the work and stop those who embezzle money," she indicated.

Others await the head of state to address the issue of inflation which is eroding their purchasing power.

"I followed the president’s speech religiously, he talked about job creation. We are eagerly waiting for this because the unemployment rate is huge," said one of the vendors from Ngaba.

"The President of the Republic should dedicate himself to ensuring the security of the population during his second term," expressed a taxi driver, who also took the opportunity to congratulate the head of state on his reelection.

It should be noted that several neighborhoods in the commune of Ngaba are experiencing serious problems with access to water and electricity.

It is worth highlighting that in his inaugural speech at the Martyrs' Stadium, Félix Tshisekedi outlined the goals for his second term in six points. Job creation, protecting household purchasing power and exchange rate stability, ensuring national territory security, diversifying the economy, guaranteeing access to healthcare, and strengthening the efficiency of public services.

Félix Tshisekedi has expressed awareness of the people's expectations and assured that he understands the magnitude of the task that awaits him.
