More than 5,000 motorcycle taxis have been made available to young people in Kinshasa after their training as part of their empowerment and also in the fight against the Kuluna phenomenon (urban banditism).

The national president of motorcycle taxi drivers, Zico Mukanzu, raised awareness among the young people of Kinshasa on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, about empowerment to put an end to the Kuluna phenomenon in Kinshasa.

The national president of motorcycle taxi drivers, Zico Mukanzu, has expressed that the youth are the leaders of tomorrow. Hence, they need guidance for their future, through various activities that will prevent them from committing abuses, such as the "Kuluna" phenomenon.

This training will allow some of them to be responsible through an activity, to enable them to be self-sufficient and to reduce the rate of Kuluna in the Congolese capital.
