The Constitutional Court has proclaimed 46 deputies definitively elected, resulting in the replacement of 42 who are still seated on about fifty cases declared admissible and well-founded. By its judgments rendered at its public hearing last Tuesday, it acknowledged 21 withdrawals and declared 525 cases inadmissible, 400 files admissible but unfounded.

Two members of the provisional bureau by age of the National Assembly, Agée Matembo and Serge Bahati, have seen their seats canceled in favor of new entrants to the lower chamber of Parliament. Among others, José Mpanda of the A24 grouping replaces Jacques Ngandu of the AFDC-A for the Mbuji-Mayi constituency. Alexis Gizaro of the UDPS-Tshisekedi against Delphin Kamanda of the same party for the Uvira constituency.

There is Amisi Singoma of the UDPS-Tshisekedi to the detriment of Mirindwa Mwamisi from the AAC grouping. From the side of Moïse Katumbi's party, there is Emedi from Ensemble pour la République replacing Pascal Tutu Salumu. Meanwhile, Adèle Kayinda from the ALDEC wins in the Sandoa constituency in Lualaba. In Muanda, Modero Nsimba replaces Robert Nyondo; in Tshangu Jean-Marie Kabengela Ilunga replaces Séraphine Kilubu.

The Alliance for the Rule of Law, with Jean-Claude Masangu Mulongo, wins the election at the expense of APIN-AB of Lombo wa Banza in the Malemba-Nkulu (Haut-Lomami) electoral constituency. Maizana from the MLC replaces Papy Nzobo for the Bolomba electoral constituency.

In Kabare, South Kivu, Claude Nyamugabo takes the place of Serge Bahati, son of Modeste Bahati who, however, was not attacked. The request from Claude Nyamugabo was actually targeting Claudine Ndusi who came fifth on the CENI's list of votes. Whereas Serge Bahati was first in terms of votes. This has sparked controversy. In Modeste Bahati's camp, some speak of a "scandal" of the Constitutional Court. Others talk about a "material error" that will need to be corrected.

Furthermore, Gilber Kankonde, Samy Badibanga, Nazem Nazembe, and Kindundu from Bulungu have also been proclaimed definitively elected.
