Abdeslam Ouaddou, the new coach of AS VClub, was introduced on Thursday, January 11 to the supporters, the athletes of the club, and journalists on the occasion of the signing ceremony in Kinshasa of the partnership between the green and black team of Kinshasa and the Turkish company Mils Sport, a subsidiary of Milvest.

This French-Moroccan, who replaces Raoul Shungu in the position, was born on November 1, 1978, in the town of Alnif, near Errachidia, Morocco and played in the Moroccan national team, Lions of the Atlas from 1998 to 2009 where he served as the captain.

Holding a UEFA Pro license, he started his managerial career with the Beninese side Loto-popo FC.

Abdeslam Ouaddou has also been involved with the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia as an assistant coach, at Mouloudia of Oujda in Algeria, and at AS Nancy-Lorraine in France.

To return to the partnership between V.Club and the Turkish company Milvest, it includes the construction of a new stadium, a state-of-the-art training center, and a modern technical center meeting international standards.

Turhan Milton, the president of Milvest, has expressed his commitment to providing V Club with infrastructure befitting its reputation. A new ultra-modern stadium, a training center for youth, and a training camp will be built. These facilities will help professionalize the club's structure, he noted.

He also spoke about the sporting objectives targeted by his structure. Beyond national titles, the ultimate goal being to become the best club on the continent.

"V.Club will be the richest club in Africa," he declared, insisting: "I intend to equip the green and black team of Kinshasa with a stadium befitting and an academy for young footballers, working for the club's development, and making it a team that wins titles not only in DRC or Africa but also in the world."

Regarding his own role, Amadou Diaby, the new chairman of coordination for the club, reassured supporters about the reliability of the investment brought by the Turkish firm and remembered the historical heritage of Vita Club as a national patrimony and specified that thanks to this new agreement, the club will regain its former glory.

Amadou Diaby did not fail to review some achievements of Mr. Milton and Milvest, including the construction of the Kinshasa Financial Center and their involvement in the ongoing Kinshasa Arena project.

Satisfied, the supporters of V Club greatly appreciated these changes in their club.
