Armed men identified like militiamen of the Codeco coalition and FPIC attacked in the night of Tuesday to Wednesday June 2, 2021 the Exode mining square, in right bank of the Ituri river, in territory of Mambasa, in the province of Ituri.
According to the head of the Buratsi grouping in sector of Banyali Kilo, in extreme cases between the territory of Mambasa and Djugu which was in the zone, these militiamen killed 10 people including 6 men and seriously wounded several people.
The administrator of the territory of Mambasa confirms this information. Idris Koma Kokodila notes that aside the death of these people, the possessions were also carried away by these militiamen.
Thus, the administrator of Mambasa invites the population, once more, to support the state of siege by denouncing all the movements of the enemies of peace.
