A moratorium of the Minister of Transport and media addressed to the editors of numerical televisions programs

It is what revealed an official statement from the ministry for the communication and media whose copy arrived to Digitalcongo.net

According to this official statement, as from November 30, it will be proceeded to the disconnection of all numerical televisions not in order to allow those which discharged totality of the rights due to the Treasury to be connected in due form. This moratorium will be made object of any recourse.
