"It has been decided the confirmation of the school resuming for the year 2020-2021 Monday October 12 2020.", declared the Minister responsible of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST), Willy Bakonga after the meeting held last 8 October, by the Prime Minister, Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba with the members of the multi-sector Committee of response against Covid-19 as well as Minister for the Vocational training.
For Willy Bakonga, "the signals are good. The parameters are positive. There is nothing to fear except that on the level of the Primary and Secondary school, one nevertheless dreaded the promiscuity of the pupils in connection with this pandemia. "The solution, according to him, was given by the Minister in charge of Health."
