Indeed, according to a legal source which entrusted to digitalcongo.net under the seal of anonymity, a request of the Attorney General close the Supreme court of appeal was already handed at the office of the National Assembly.
By this request, the PGR of the Supreme court of appeal requests to take out the immunities of the Minister responsible of Health, Eteni Longondo, on which weigh suspicions of mismanagement of the funds intended for the fight against the pandemia of Covid-19.
It is extremely probable that with the ordinary session of September, the question of taking out the immunities of the Minister of Health is discussed by the deputies. Congolese would like to be enlightened on the management of the funds allocated to the struggle against this mortal enemy which is Covid-19 like on the way in which the taking in charge of the patients was carried out.
One should pointed it out, on 15 to July 24, 2020, a survey was carried out by the general Inspection of finances (IGF) within the ministry of Health with an aim of revisiting the management of the funds intended for the prevention and the response against the coronavirus.
To believe certain indiscretions intercepted in the corridor of the IGF, there would have been fiddles of the accounts as well with regard to the funds intended for the technical Secretariat to the response as with the medical formations of Kinshasa like provinces.
However, Eteni Longondo disputes the report of the IGF from the beginning to the end and supports that the funds put in his provision by the government were managed in all transparency.
