Hundreds of militants of the Union for the democracy and the social progress (UDPS) were in the street this morning, in Kasumbalesa, to require the resignation of the secretary-general of the party, Augustin Kabuya. These militants reproach to their secretary of the party the talks tending "to weaken" the UDPS in this part of the country. "We are against what Augustin Kabuya said on the RTNC, we understand that he is corrupted, the UDPS of Likasi, Lubumbashi, Kolwezi are muzzled, only Kasumbalesa functions, why he wants to play this game?", question the demonstrators who converge towards the town hall of the city to hand a memorandum there, according to the Case-info.ca, on line media.

In prey with tensions since several months, quietude in the border of the town of Kasumbalesa would be disturbed by militants of the UDPS, according to local sources. Provincial authorities accuse local executives of the party of president Felix Tshisekedi to be authors of these disorders, in particular by receiving taxes. Reserved a long time on the question, the secretary-general of the party, Augustin Kabuya made a media exit during the news of 20 hour, on the RTNC. This last said to have ignored the president of the local section of UDPS/Kasumbalesa and required the local authorities to punish him.

"I do not recognize Mr Tshisuaka as President of the UDPS Kasumbalesa. He does not have any document signed by UDPS authority which gives him this power there "declared Kabuya at the RTNC." We arrived at the power; it was not for us but to serve this population.

So today starting from the party, some people think that they can grow rich and become new millionaires, it is not that the philosophy of Etienne Tshisekedi nor even less the vision of the president of the Republic, I says it with my heart, because what I read and what I saw [on the social networks ] it is unacceptable ", Augustin Kabuya denounced. This one estimates that he has no possibility to punish Mr. Tshisuaka because, he says, to punish somebody, one needs as a preliminary the existence of an act which makes of him chair of UDPS/Kasumbalesa- A document which, according to him, does not exist.

Augustin Kabuya revealed that the president of the Republic works with everyone as well within the army, the intelligence services as in the police force. These are the elements that Tshisekedi found in these various services which help him to found "a right State", Kabuya pointed out-before launching a call to the discipline of all the militants through the country, particularly those of Kasumbalesa.
