The congolese army Forces (FARDC) have moved away on Tuesday an attack of the ADF in the locality of Kokola, on the main road number four (RN4) close to Mayimoya, in the territory of Beni in the province of Nord-Kivu

"It is around 19, local times, that the shootings were heard in this locality. The attackers had targeted headquarters of the 1303 regiment based on the spot but without success, according to the local civil society quoted by Actualité.Cd. The latter reports in addition that the civil society of Beni asks the authorities to reinforce the system of the information to avoid a reorganization of ADF combatants.

Actualite.cd explains moreover that several inhabitants moved during the night for the locality close to Mayimoya, at least half according to Patrick Musubao, president of the civil society of this locality. According to our newspaper no loss in human lives was recorded, it reports that calm returned in this locality this Wednesday morning, the inhabitants start to regain their households.
