"The publication of the Government could intervene this Thursday in the evening". Such is the bomb dropped by the Head of State yesterday Wednesday in Luanda in Angola where he was working at a sub-regional mini-summit, with his colleagues Paul Kagame of Rwanda, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda, Denis Sasssou N’guesso of Congo-Brazzaville as well as JoaõLorenço of Angola.

Nevertheless, there are some prerequisites: "I will receive the Prime Minister tomorrow (he made this statement yesterday Wednesday) with the latest version that was to incorporate the names of a component. If all goes well, then the Government's publication could come in the evening of the same Thursday. It's just a matter of time", Tshisekedi revealed in front of Angolan journalists.

Concerning the delay in the formation of this government, he pointed out that the time devoted in the discussions was the occasion, for the two coalition political forces, to know better and to have the same understanding of the Program of joint management of the Republic.

Government before explaining: "As you know, our partners today are those with whom we are looking at each other as antagonists. And so, it was necessary to put this antagonism aside and agree to put our energies, our forces, our intelligences together. And also, as long as we have the same ideological fiber, namely social democracy, we had to discuss all that. It was necessary to discuss about the Government Program. What was done".
