The participants in this three days forum will reflect on ways and means of eradicating the "ADF phenomenon" to Beni.
In his words, Major-General Mbala Munsense hailed the presence of everyone at this forum, which will contribute to the deepening of the analysis of the "ADF phenomenon." He also demonstrated that this negative force threatens peace in the region, the eastern part of the Republic.
Brigadier General Christian Ndaywel Okura, who is in charge of the military structure of awakening, warnings and strategic anticipations at the Ministry of National Defense, former combatants and reintegration, then welcomed the assistance, before explaining the theme of this forum.
General Ndaywel urged the participants to find appropriate solutions to this problem. Professor Cyrille Musila, for his part, explained the provisions of these meetings. Among the participants in this forum was the presence of the governor of Sud Kivu, the city of Goma, the deputies of Sud Kivu, and the general officers and subordinates of FARDC.
