For this group, with the Head of State, Champion of positive masculinity, and a female Prime Minister, the current context of the exercise of power is favorable to Congolese women to enable them to leverage their skills by taking advantage of the opportunities offered to them to bring the public power to establish true constitutional parity and to reduce the inequalities between men and women that hinder the development of the country.
Thus, the high-level lobbying group did not hesitate to urge Madam Prime Minister to promote transparency and accountability in governance by ensuring that political decisions are made in an open and transparent manner, and that leaders are held accountable for their actions with clear sanctions for strong justice.
Given that this lobbying group is composed of women who are very committed to promoting women's rights and advancing gender equality, they ask Judith Suminwa Tuluka to make appropriate decisions to ensure the paritary representation of women and men on all lists of future appointees, and at all levels of ministerial positions, taking into account competence, political weight, geopolitics, gender, and integrity.
These women members of this group subsequently drew the Prime Minister's attention to a crucial issue, that of the condition of female civil servants whose situation has gone from fragile to precarious.
They then reassured the Prime Minister of their unwavering commitment to support and accompany her throughout her term.
