Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Transport and Communications, José Makila Sumanda, suspended by a decree signed Wednesday, the general manager of TRANSCO, Michel Kirumba of his office, ACP learned from official sources. The chief of staff of the Head of State, Vital Kamerhe had conferred Tuesday with inter-union delegation of the TRANSCO company led by its president Jean Mulunda to resolve the crisis within the company.
On this occasion, the Minister of Finance was instructed to find durable solutions to the demands of the workers of this company, including clearing of all arrears of benefits workers. Interim will be ensured by the Deputy Director General of this company, Black Andrew John Bongi.
