After lengthy deliberations, the plenary finally reached an agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the internal regulations.

The parliamentary majority has awarded itself the key positions, namely that of president, first vice-president, second vice-president, rapporteur, treasurer, and deputy treasurer.

Indeed, the DRC has recently been tarnished by financial scandals specifically concerning the embezzlement of public funds. Against all odds, the perpetrators of these reprehensible acts are living easy, without being troubled in the slightest. This blatant impunity encourages these unscrupulous men who bring to their knees a country with fabulous natural resources.

Noël Tshiani, the unsuccessful presidential candidate in 2023, proposes two actions to be undertaken by the DRC: to make a change in the rules of the game through the reform of the constitution, as the parliamentary regime is not suited to the situation of the DRC.

The second action involves rethinking the country's political landscape by redefining the rules of the game and the number of political parties.
