After declaring 19 of the 134 petitions introduced to correct material errors in its judgments of March 12 as admissible and well-founded, the Constitutional Court has reinstated 19 members of parliament.
Among these deputies are notably: Serge Bahati of the AFDC-A, from the Kabare electoral district in South Kivu, who takes back his seat in the National Assembly replacing Claude Nyamugabo; Olivier Nsendula replaces Samy Badibanga in Katanda.
Gilbert Kankonde of the UDPS/Tshisekedi retains his seat, to the detriment of Pascal Manshimba in the Ndemba electoral district of Kasaï-Central.
Jethro Muyombi of the UVT is reinstated in the Lubumbashi electoral district (Haut-Katanga). Tunda Kasongo is definitively elected in the Kibombo constituency and Cléophas Munganga, in that of Bulungu.
Robert Myondo replaces Modero Nsimba for the Moanda electoral district (Kongo-Central).
Fontshi Lukendi is proclaimed elected for Tshilenge (Kasaï-Oriental).
Taylor Lubanga keeps his seat, while Nkuna Mudikolele is dismissed.
