These works, to be carried out by Aaron Sefu Sarl, within the framework of the emergency program of the Kinshasa City Hall, also concern the rehabilitation of Croix Rouge Avenue in the section between Kasaï and Kasa-Vubu avenues, with the launch taking place on Thursday, February 8.

In his speech, the head of the city of Kinshasa emphasized that the rehabilitation of Kasa-vubu Avenue, connecting the central market to other neighborhoods of the city, is of great importance as it promotes the smooth flow of traffic for many users heading to the central market and consequently, creates an impact on the economic development, the improvement of traffic circulation, and also the enhancement of road safety.

According to him, these works consist of the rehabilitation of the roadway, the construction and repair of drainage structures, as well as the installation of horizontal and vertical signage. "Aaron Sefu company was chosen to carry out these works due to its expertise, professionalism, and commitment to the development of the city. In accordance with the agreements that bind us, this company, belonging to a worthy son of the DR-Congo, ensures a 13-year warranty upon delivery of the structures. In other words, the company is responsible for any necessary maintenance during the warranty period," he explained.

Moreover, the governor invited the Kinshasa population to support and accompany all these initiatives. For, he added, together we can make Kinshasa a more beautiful and attractive city where it is good to live, each person having a responsibility for improving the environment.

"Now that the gutters, drains, sewers, collectors, and all other structures of our urban road network will be in a state of cleanliness, I urge you for greater civic responsibility," he addressed the Kinshasa population.

Just before concluding his remarks, the city official recalled his will and determination which have always characterized his action, in the sense of restoring the long-tarnished image of the city of Kinshasa to provide its residents with a very practicable road network.
