Armed robbers attempted to break into homes unsuccessfully, opening fire to spread panic throughout the neighborhood.

"It looks like a rebel incursion in the Congolese capital," exclaimed an agitated resident of the area, who was outraged by the rapid non-response of the police officers present in two nearby police stations.

"They started by striking the gate of my plot with a heavy blow, and at the same time, they let off shots. Having tried in vain to gain access, they moved on to neighboring plots, carrying out the same exercise for about thirty minutes. It was thanks to the counterattacks of the law enforcement officer assigned to guard a colonel who lives in the area that they were discouraged and promised to return," reported Mrs. Sarah, a resident of the site.

Moreover, there are calls for the intervention of the competent authorities in this neighborhood, because, it is learned, not a week goes by without a case of criminal robbery occurring.
