Presidential election candidate for December, Nkema Liloo, promised on Tuesday, December 5th, to the population of Boende, capital of Tshuapa province, "an unprecedented reform of the army, security services, police, and both civil and military justice systems."

For him, reports the Congolese Press Agency, the prosperity of the country will not benefit just a group of individuals but rather all Congolese without exception.

"Change is now. On December 20th, vote number 18 in the presidential election. Vote for a better Congo where order and justice prevail, a Congo where every Congolese will have the opportunity to live with dignity and succeed in life," declared Nkema Liloo.

He calls on the youth to take up the challenge of development. For, the presidential candidate number 18 points out, a strong Congo is brought about through the mediation of a strong, accomplished, seasoned, and fundamentally equipped youth.

Presidential candidate Nkema Liloo's priorities in his social project include: security, agriculture, education, infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and new information technologies.
