In a correspondence signed on May 28, addressed to the chairman of the board and to the general manager of Congo Airways, Tax inspectors whose Jules Alingete make in particular state of more than 8,7 million dollars spent to the title of the services to the Authority of the Civil aviation (AAC) without the aforementioned services "not being real for the period of 2016 to 2020".
Moreover, the IGF detects, inter alia:

• more than 2 million dollars of diversion by the agents of the sales revenues of the tickets;
• more than 2,4 million dollars of non accounting of the sales turnover resulting from the difference between the sales turnover of software DATAWINGS and that in receipts;
• more than 3,5 million dollars paid at ITM company without contractual base;
• more than 2,770,273,464.25 FC left without justification
IGF which condemns a mismanagement of company and worries about the high risk of bankruptcy because, she says, the recorded losses exceed the authorized capital.
