This budget project is stopped in balance, in receipts and expenses, to the amount of 11,835,4 billion Fc. Compared to the previous budget, which amounted to 10,352.3 billion Fc, there is a growth rate of 14.5%.

The other part of this meeting has gravitated around the general situation of the country. On this specific point, we note that overall, relative calm is observed throughout the country, with the exception of the north-east of the country in the grip of insecurity following the activism of local and foreigners armed groups which continue to make trouble in this part of the country.

In this Council of Ministers, inter-communal conflicts were also reported, namely the fomer conflict between the Bena Muemba and the Bena Kapuya, in Tshilembe, Baluba Lubilanji sector in the Katanda territory of Kasai Oriental, as well as the tensions persist between Batende and Banunu in Yumbi territory in Mai-Ndombe province.
