In the said motion, this elected member denounces the unkind acts of the temporary Minister of the Interior and Security, Basil Olongo. Since the deputies are covered by immunities, André Lite is indignant at the humiliation imposed on his colleague Lambert Mende Omalanga.
According to him, the elected representative of Lodja was arbitrarily arrested "by an order of the Minister executed by the elements of the ANR, the police and the FARDC" in a diamond case belonging to the local diggers.
Believing that there was a procedural violation, André Lite seeks sanctions and prosecution not only against General Awashango and Colonel Mupepe of the PNC but also against the sponsor and all the persons involved in this case. The author of the motion seeks the resignation of the Minister of Interior of his office.
