On the eve of the combined elections of December 20, presidential candidate Rex Kazadi has promised to promote free universal healthcare for all, once elected to the highest office in the DRC. He made this promise during his citizen exchange on Friday, December 15, with the population of Kinshasa, at the Buda field, in the N’djili commune.

Candidate number 10 has also chosen to make the security of people and their property his main focus.

To facilitate access to quality free health care, candidate Rex Kazadi proposes to subsidize major hospitals and pay a decent salary to healthcare professionals.

He intends to facilitate access to education and create jobs to discourage gangsterism, commonly referred to as the kuluna phenomenon, in the country's major cities.

In his political vision named "Ekoki Esila," presidential candidate Rex Kazadi commits to restoring security in the eastern DRC, by strengthening the military and police forces.

He further wishes to improve the living conditions of uniformed personnel by paying a salary of 400 USD to the least ranked.

This presidential candidate believes that with an organized and well-equipped army, the country will be able to face all foreign aggressions, especially those from Rwanda and Uganda.

Rex Kazadi also plans to eliminate certain budgetary institutions such as the Senate in order to channel these funds to other public services.
