A tragic image of a young Malagasy woman with a bruised face following beatings and injuries has been circulating the web since last weekend to the extent that, for investigative reasons, her husband, the alleged abuser, has been arrested.
As an organization defending the rights of women and young girls, the RFLAP has expressed its outrage regarding this matter.
