The ADF rebels carried out an attack on Monday, February 5, in the village of Manziya, in the Mambasa territory, in Ituri, killing about ten people.
Most of the victims are farmers, residents of the Mangina commune, who were working in the fields in the villages located between Makumbo and Lukaya, where they were finished off with machetes.
The bodies of these victims have been transferred to the morgue of the Mangina reference health center, in the commune with the same name.
The authorities of this entity assert that about fifty people have been killed as a result of the attacks caused by the ADF rebels in this part of the country.
