Given that the country is in a state of belligerence and that most of the aforementioned broadcasts take place against a backdrop of spreading false news likely to cause anxiety or induce a general state of psychosis among the entire population of the country in order to worry them or, even better, to rouse them against the established powers.

According to the CSAC, these broadcasts tend to demobilize the soldiers engaged at the front by constantly violating the sacred principle of "defense secrecy".

In light of this, the CSAC decides, among other things, to ban broadcasts that do not meet this standard, given that it is the media regulatory authority.

Thus, it also asks these media to avoid all open phone broadcasts on the aforementioned military operations and to refrain from giving voice to negative forces. The CSAC further requires these media to prohibit changing their programming schedules without its prior opinion.
