“All we can ask of them is to voluntarily resign for having cast opprobrium, anathema, discredit, perfidy... upon this elite corps,” stated the president of the Association of Professors at the University of Kinshasa (APUKIN), David Lubo.
He has requested that all professors whose names are among those disqualified by the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) to resign of their own accord. Otherwise, they will be forced to do so, to avoid passing on anti-values to the students.
“We must protect the youth from this virus of cheating or corruption,” he insisted.
