The outgoing Prime Minister, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, shared his experience at the Prime Ministry with his successor, Judith Suminwa Tuluka, on Thursday, April 5, acknowledging in her the virtues of discipline, technical expertise, and professionalism.

He testified: "I believe that I have noticed in her a character of discipline in work, but above all a lot of technical expertise, given her background, and professionalism. I remain convinced that, for having been not only in contact with international institutions, it gives her a good foundation."

Sama Lukonde further clarified: "I came to see the Prime Minister, Mrs. Judith Suminwa Tuluka. First, to offer my congratulations for the trust placed in her by His Excellency the President of the Republic, to support him in the Executive branch of this country as Head of Government. Especially, she who will implement his vision and enable the realization of the key commitments he made to the Congolese people at his inauguration."

Then, he added, in all cordiality, we were able to exchange on a sharing of experience. Having held the same position, I shared my experience so that she may draw the positive points that will assist her in the upcoming steps that await her."

Sama Lukonde expressed his wish for the forming Suminwa Team to be a cohesive force of the country's political powers and wished Judith Suminwa full success, remaining convinced of her brilliant success at the Prime Ministry: "I wish her every success in meeting our population's expectations on all given commitments. I know she will have the support of the President of the Republic. I remain convinced that she will rise to the task. I have maintained very good collaborations with Judith Suminwa in my government as Minister of State, Minister of Planning."
