The President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, sent a congratulatory message this Friday, January 12, to his Congolese counterpart, Félix Tshisekedi, on his re-election as the head of the DRC.

He also reaffirmed his willingness to strengthen bilateral relations between the two nations.

Abdelmadjid Tebboune especially emphasizes: "His Excellency Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo President of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Dear Brother, following your re-election as President of the DRC, I am pleased to extend to you, on behalf of the Algerian people and government as well as in my personal capacity, my warmest congratulations and sincere wishes for success and accomplishment in continuing your noble mission".

"The trust that the Congolese people have renewed in you is a testament to their recognition of your efforts to promote the stability and development of your country, and reflects their aspiration for the completion of various projects that you began during your first term", considers the Algerian head of state, noting: "Renewing my sincere congratulations, I beg you to believe, Mr. President and Dear Brother, in the assurance of my highest and warm regards".

Furthermore, reiterating the readiness of his country to work towards strengthening the bonds of fraternity, solidarity, and cooperation, Abdelmadjid Tebboune has reaffirmed his commitment to consultation on regional and international issues, in the service of two brother countries and the continent.
