As a member of the political grouping AAC, the elected official from Kimbanseke is followed by Deputy Germaine Tshinyama of the ANB grouping and thus occupies the position of Vice-President of the permanent bureau.

As for the provincial deputy André Nkongolo of the AFDC, he has been elected rapporteur, while Clovis Samba of the MLC occupies the position of deputy rapporteur.

Provincial Deputy Socrates Mubengayi of the UDPS/Tshisekedi has been elected bursar of the permanent bureau of this deliberative body. In total, 43 provincial deputies out of the 48 that make up the Kinshasa Provincial Assembly participated in the vote.

In his speech, the newly elected president promised the population of the city of Kinshasa to make the deliberative body a provincial institution that is accessible to everyone, open to collect the electorate of Kinshasa's desires without borders.

Previously, he had given thanks to God who made possible his election to the APK presiding position. He also paid a well-deserved tribute to the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi, Head of State in his capacity as the reference authority of the Sacred Union for the nation.

The same gratitude was expressed to the members of the presidium of the Sacred Union for the choice they made in his humble person as a candidate for the APK presiding position.

He thanked all the provincial deputies for the choice they made in all the members of the permanent bureau, whose intrinsic qualities he commended.

"Now that the electoral competition has finished, the permanent bureau that has just been installed is yours. It will remain open to all to receive your various observations," said the elected president.

He also took the opportunity to thank the provisional bureau for the work accomplished during the inaugural session of the 2024-2028 legislature.
