The court would like to obtain from Modeste Bahati that the accused introduces his version of the facts. For recall, January 6, Alexis T Mwamba drew, on behalf of the Senate, three cheques of a respective importation of 2,000,000 of euros, 1,000,000 of American dollars and 1,000,000 of FC. The Treasurer of the Senate, having withdrawn these sums at the Commercial Bank of Congo, submitted the sums in question to the financial adviser of the Questeur of the Senate. The aforementioned adviser went to give them to the President of the Senate, Alexis T Mwamba to his residence.
