The refugees and the moved people belong to category of the specific and vulnerable group of which it is pressing to ensure health and the wellbeing especially in this period during which the propagation of the epidemic of Covid-19 constitutes a threat for humanity.
It is accordingly that the High commission for refugees (HCR), through its representation in DRC, work in intelligence with the national Commission of the refugees and other partners to make sensitive the refugees and the moved people to the preventive measures against the coronavirus.
Mrs. Lise Ayiwa of the HCR pointed out that for carrying out this public awareness campaign well, her institution is pressed on the Community relays. The latter, taking into account owing to the fact that they live in the community, constitute suitable channels to transmit the messages.
