Ms. Lydie Omanga has been appointed communication director of the Head of State, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi. In fulfillment of her mission to the presidency of the Republic, Mrs. Lydie Omanga will be assisted by Charles Kilosho, Abraham Lwakabwanga respectively director of communication and deputy director of the presidential press.
Under the terms of the said orders, Olivier Mondonge Bogado has been appointed deputy chief of staff in charge of social and environmental issues. Ms. Guetty Tshiaka Panu Panu has also been appointed Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Infrastructure, Mineral Resources and Hydrocarbons, Energy and Technologies of Information and Communication.
Giscard Kusema and Paul Diakese have been appointed deputy presidential press. Mr. Michée Mulumba becomes Assistant of the Head of State. Special advisers to the various colleges and members of the colleges of advisers and special services including the military advisor of the Head of State were named in this series of orders.
With these appointments, the cabinet of the Head of State Felix Tshisekedi is now complete. It is currently headed by Chief of Staff Vital Kamerhe. The latter is assisted by four deputy cabinet ministers, Professor Eberande Kolongele was previously appointed, on January 26, 2019, deputy director of the cabinet in charge of political, legal and administrative affairs of the President of the Republic, two days after his accession at the supreme magistracy of the country.
