On Saturday, November 4, 2023, the day was dedicated to identifying the recipients who achieved 70% or more in the State examination assessments for the 2022-2023 edition. Sunday, November 5, 2023, was scheduled for the actual examination, and the acting governor of the Lualaba province, Marie-Thérèse Fifi Masuka, the patron of the organization, made it a point to encourage the students, while promising to support them in their university journey. Considering these students as her own children, the top official of the province warmly thanked the distinguished First Lady, Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi, for her efforts and for the love she shows for the Lualaba youth.

The provincial authority refused to take her day of rest on this Sunday in order to dedicate herself to the moral support and prayer for these young Lualaba laureates.

"All I want to tell you is that you should be very calm, because the whole province is watching you; these are exceptional tests. Do not rush, I have faith in Christ. Today, this Sunday, you will succeed, the Eternal God and His Holy Spirit of intelligence and wisdom rest upon each one of you, and may you shine like light, like the Star of Jesus Christ," she exhorted them while wishing very good luck to all the students.

A total of 155 students were subjected to 100 questionnaires with 25 in mathematics, 25 in French, 25 in English, and 25 in general knowledge. Some of the test participants expressed their optimism without reserve: "The test was manageable the way I prepared for it, and now, I'm expecting a favorable outcome," one of the laureates said. And another added: "It was both easy and a bit difficult, because there were some questions I could answer easily and others that required me to think a little more, because one cannot claim victory before the battle is over, plus, I gave it my best."
