"I decided to come to give the go of these tests to Goma, North-Kivu, for one and good reason that since the volcanic eruption of Nyiragongo, there are schools which were affected and the pupils who knew problems. In this way, I wanted to realize for the good race of these tests here in Goma", personally declared the minister of supervision Tony Mwaba.

He also let know that the TENAFEP which touches the primary education level, is taken in charge by the Treasury with the great reform of the free payment which was made effective by the Head of State.

For this purpose, there is no reason that a finalist pupil of the primary education cannot take part in these tests, he explained.
