No detail was given on the duration and the object of the official mission of President Tshisekedi in the French capital.
It is important to recall that President Felix Tshisekedi was in France in November 2019 when he attended the Forum on the peace of Paris.
In his speech, the Head of State had pointed out that his priority "is to make of the DRC, a modern State, while fighting against poverty, corruption as well as wars".
The relation between the DRC and France is based on a significant program of co-operation which had been concluded between President Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo and his French colleague Emmanuel Macron, declared the Africa Director of the French ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Christophe Bigot, following exchange on November 19 with Kinshasa, with the minister of State, Foreign Minister, Marie Tumba Nzeza.
