Motema Pembe is not able to win the championship of League I. The DCMP club was hung by Jeunesse Sportive of Kinshasa (0-0) last Friday.
This year, the men of Isaac Ngata, although too not having played locally, always run behind a victory to the championship.
With 15 exits, DCMP recorded only 21 points and is in 9th place, at 14 points of V Club which is currently third, last places qualificative for the African competition.
To hope to finish at least at the third position, DCMP must make an almost perfect phase return.
Last season, the club was fourth when the championship was stopped because of Covid-19. It took the African place reserved to the winner of the Cup of Congo, which was not played.
Perhaps this season, the African place for DCMP will pass while playing and winning the Cup of Congo. In this championship, the equation seems to be difficult.
